Battery Teams Support Impact Station

This year we would like to work in conjunction with our team sponsor Performance Columbus to help support Impact Station which is a short term emergency shelter in Union County. They provide necessities to help the homeless to get back on track. Below is a list of items that Impact Station could use. If they could be received by December 10th, that would great timing for
the upcoming holidays.
Donations (below) are needed now and will make the holiday brighter for those temporarily at the station.

All donations should be dropped off at The Battery Hockey Academy

• Gift cards to Kroger, Aldi, Meijer
• Gift cards to Walmart (to be used as holiday gifts as residents can walk from the shelter)
• Holiday treat bags for all ages. 20 adult, 20 kid-friendly (unsure the ages we may have, we
get age 0-17 kids in the shelter. We have a 91 year-old lady now with her son.)
• Sheetz, Walmart or United Dairy Farmers gift cards for gas
• Gently used or new adult size bath towels
• Gently used or new twin sheet sets
• Gently used or new full-size blankets
• Gently used or new jeans, sweatpants/sweatshirts, plain t-shirts, coats for all ages and
genders (*Please note due to storage constraints, we cannot keep a lot of clothing on
hand.)
• Toilet paper, paper towels, boxes of tissues, antibacterial wipes
• Paper plates, disposable forks, spoons
• 13-gallon trash bags
• Plastic bags for food storage, foil to cover food
• Laundry detergent, laundry fabric softener wipes
• Shower cleaner, cleaning sponges
• Hand sanitizers
• Gallons of water
• Milk, bread, jelly, peanut butter, butter, individual cereals and oatmeal
• Frozen waffles
• Microwavable foods: breakfast items, entrees
