Battery Performance has partnered with Hardbody Athlete to provide a world class strength & conditioning experience here at The Battery. Come train with Coach Kyle Mac to learn how to prepare like a pro.
Coach Kyle Mac will focus on implementing a progressive system that encompases training , lifestyle, and mindset by providing pre-scheduled, small-group (6 athlete capacity) in-season and off-season training sessions.

Coach Kyle McGough
Hardbody Athlete is brought to you by none other than Coach Kyle Mac.
Former strength and conditioning coach at The Ohio State University, UCLA, Wagner College, William Paterson University, and New Jersey Rockets.
Kyle Mac has his MBA and is Certified Strength and Conditioning specialst (CSCS), as well as USA Weightlifting (USAW), and KILO Programming, Periodization and Strength Ratio certified.
He joins us with high level education, over a decade and a half of experience and a true passion for high performance development.
